You can remove everything we hold, at any time, without asking us.
1. Disconnect our app from your Meta account. Go to Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations, find Senditor, and remove it. Our access token stops working immediately. This is the only step that involves Meta, and it is entirely under your control.
2. Delete the stored connection. In the product, press "Disconnect Meta": it
deletes your stored access token and your Meta user id, which live in
local/pilot/auth/operators/<your-operator-id>/meta_connection.json on the machine
running the software, and any unfinished workspace sign-in you started while signed
in, on any of your workspaces. "Unlink" on a workspace deletes that workspace's chosen ad account, Page and ad
set, with your Meta user id, in clients/<your-workspace>/config/meta_binding.json.
A workspace connected before sign-in-once keeps its own token and choice in
clients/<your-workspace>/config/meta_connection.json; "Unlink" deletes that file too.
"Disconnect Meta" also deletes that file and its quarantine copy unless another active
operator owns the workspace.
If such a workspace was moved onto your one sign-in, its old token file is kept in
local/pilot/auth/meta_quarantine/<your-workspace>/ until the first ad published
through your one sign-in is confirmed paused or, once that token has expired, the next
clean-up; "Unlink" on that workspace and "Disconnect Meta" each delete it at once.
A copy whose record cannot be read stays until "Unlink" or "Disconnect Meta".
You can also delete these files by hand. Nothing here deletes anything on Meta.
3. Delete your run artifacts, approvals and receipts. Delete the folder
clients/<your-workspace>/. That removes every creative, ad copy, quality-check record,
cost record, approval decision and receipt associated with your workspace. Nothing is
kept anywhere else.
4. Or ask us. Email [email protected] from the address associated with your pilot and we will do steps 2 and 3 on the machine we operate for you and confirm in writing within five working days.
Ads already created in your ad account belong to you, not to us, and deleting your data here does not remove them. Any ad we created is paused in your own ad account, and you can delete it in Ads Manager like any other ad.
